Launch CloudNine Discovery Portal to access the Welcome (home) screen.  2. Under **Select Data From: **left-click to select **CloudNine LAW**. Under **Review Data Using:** **CloudNine Review** is selected by default.  3. The login to CloudNine Discovery Portal prompt appears. Enter the **Email Address** and **Password** you have for CloudNine Review, then click **Continue**. The Verify your Identity prompt appears. Here you will enter an **Upload name** and select the **Case Name** of the CloudNine Review Case (project) you wish to upload the data to. The Upload name should be unique and should follow the naming policy you have in place.  2. **Search Cases..: **When you have a long list of CloudNine Review cases (projects) use this feature to locate the case quickly. Searches are fuzzy and will begin returning results as you enter characters.  3. **Create Case:** If the CloudNine Review case (project) doesn't exist you can create the case in CloudNine Discovery Portal. If a case is created in CloudNine Discovery Portal it is temporary. It is not created in CloudNine Review until the data is received by CloudNine Review.  4. **Case Name: **Lists the CloudNine Review cases (projects) you have administrative rights. 5. **Selected:** A check mark indicates the case is selected.  6. **Next: **Advances you to the next screen,**[Select the LAW Export for Upload](https://kb.cloudnine.com/cloudnine-discovery-portal-cloudnine-law-to-cloudnine-review#Step3)**.  #### Enter an Upload Name and Select Existing CloudNine Review Case 1. On the Select CloudNine Review Case enter an **Upload name**.  2. Scroll or use the Search option to locate the existing CloudNine Review case (project). Left-click your mouse to select the case. Click **Next** to advance to **[Step 3: Select the LAW Export for Upload](https://kb.cloudnine.com/cloudnine-discovery-portal-cloudnine-law-to-cloudnine-review#Step3).** 👥You must have Admin rights to the CloudNine Review Case (Project) to load data. If you do not have Admin rights, the case does not appear in the Case Name list. 👥 #### **Creating a New Case for CloudNine Review** If the case is not found in the Case Name list, and you have confirmed the case does not exist in CloudNine Review it is possible to create a new case (project) via CloudNine Discovery Portal.  Before you create a CloudNine Review case in CloudNine Discovery Portal: - In CloudNine Review verify the case (project) does not already exist.  - You **must** have Admin rights to the CloudNine Review case (project) to load data. If you are not an Admin, the case will not appear in the Case Name list in CloudNine Review.  - Verify your user permissions for CloudNine Review. You must have Admin or User permissions in CloudNine Review to create a case (project) and load data via CloudNine Discovery Portal.  - Maintain the Case (project) naming policies you have implemented for CloudNine Review.  - When a CloudNine Review case is created via CloudNine Discovery Portal the case is temporary. The case is **not **created until the data is received by CloudNine Review.  1. On the **Select a CloudNine Review Case** screen, click the Create Case  ![createCase](https://kb.cloudnine.com/hs-fs/hubfs/KB%20-%20Discovery%20Portal/createCase.png?width=126&height=31&name=createCase.png) button at the top right corner. The Create New Case popup appears.  2. Under **Case Name**, type the desired name for the CloudNine Review project. The case name should follow the naming policies you have in place for CloludNine Review.  3. Click **Create**. You are returned to the **Select a CloudNine Review** case, the case appears in italics and is selected by default.  5. The case (project) is created when the data is received by CloudNine Review. At that time you will see the project in CloudNine Review.  ### **Step 3: Select the LAW Export for Upload** The CloudNine LAW to CloudNine Review workflow has been **selected** and you have entered an upload name and selected or created the CloudNine Review case (project) to load the data. Type or copy/paste the root folder of the LAW Export you wish to upload to CloudNine Review. The root folder should contain all images, text, natives, and corresponding load files for the LAW Export. The Browse... option may also be used to locate the data.  2. Once the root folder to the export is selected, click **Next** to advance to [**Step 4: Confirm & Upload**. ](https://kb.cloudnine.com/cloudnine-discovery-portal-cloudnine-law-to-cloudnine-review#Step4) ### **Step 4: Confirm & Upload** The Confirm & Upload screen is the final step in all CloudNine Discovery Portal's workflows. Here you can review your workflow selections, data, and CloudNine Review case (project) you wish to upload to.  ![LAWtoC9RConfirmUpload](https://kb.cloudnine.com/hs-fs/hubfs/KB%20-%20Discovery%20Portal/LAWtoC9RConfirmUpload.png?width=543&height=488&name=LAWtoC9RConfirmUpload.png) 1. **Uploading From:** Indicates the selected workflow, LAW Export, and the Export path.  2. **Uploading To:** The CloudNine application the data is going, the CloudNine Review case you are uploading to, and the Upload Name.  3. **Notes & Comments:** Add any notes about the project such as the expected number of records, images, text, and native files.  4. **Import Notes:** Notes in Notepad or any other text editor program may be imported.  5. **Start Upload:** Initializes the upload, then takes you to the [Global Monitoring Console](https://kb.cloudnine.com/cloudnine-discovery-portal-how-do-i-monitor-the-upload-progress?hsLang=en).  Verify the information contained on the Confirm & Upload screen when you are ready, click the **Start Upload** option to initialize loading the data to CloudNine Review.  The Global Monitoring Console shows the status of the upload, you receive a Completed status when the data completes upload to CloudNine Servers. You will receive a series of emails about the status as the data is imported to CloudNine Review.  💡Consider using the File System - CloudNine Review workflow for self-service loading of the exported LAW data.
