Will Full Text searches pick up text in metadata?
In the CloudNine system, Full Text Searches will only pick up text in the metadata fields, if that data is also contained in the actual document. It would be necessary to search for a created Field under metadata, select the "contains" operator, then type the text you want to limit the search to (i.e. searching User Notes field for words Production 1). Most times, text based boxes are easier to search by the "Is not empty" operator, as any "contains" operator searches must be exact.
