CloudNine advises that customers carefully select and remember passwords and other security settings that are employed on their installations of LAW, Explore and Concordance.  CloudNine is unable to provide any support in discovering, cracking, or bypassing passwords.   

As with all password or other security technology, be sure to keep passwords secret, safe, and complex enough to discourage bad actors.
