CloudNine Analyst: Overview of ESI Sync
Overview of ESI Sync
ESI Sync is quite simply a "Dropbox" for all attachments that are tied to metadata within CloudNine Analyst. Every import that contains files or attachments whether it is email attachments, pictures, loose files, chat or text message attachments, videos, etc. all needs to be uploaded to an evidence container first.
Important Note: All attachments need to be uploaded into an Evidence Container FIRST before the metadata is loaded in CloudNine Analyst's Import process.
