Use arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate between documents.
The arrow keys on your keyboard help you navigate from one document to the next or the previous document. The behavior of keyboard navigation is dependent on the current view.
Vertical Doc List View
In the Vertical Document List View, you can use the Right and Left arrow keys to navigate through document records. The Right arrow key moves you forward in the document list, while the Left arrow key takes you back to the previous document in the list. As you navigate, the document viewer is synchronized, displaying the selected document state of the record.
When you reach the last document in a group, pressing the Right arrow key will advance you to the first document of the next group.
Native Tree View
The Native Tree View replicates the original folder structure of your documents. You can use the Right (next) and Left (previous) arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate the document records. When you reach the last document in a folder, pressing the Right arrow will take you to the next folder and the first document found in that folder and/or subfolders. As you navigate, the document viewer is synchronized to display the document version selected.
Table View
In Table View, you can navigate between document records using the Up and Down arrow keys. Pressing the Down arrow key will take you to the next document, while the Up arrow key will move you to the previous document. To move through the fields, use the Left and Right arrow keys.
