Issues Downloading Bulk Exports with FireFox Browser

When using Firefox as your browser you may experience issues downloading your bulk exports like below.



This issue appears to be on FireFox's end.  If this happens to you we would suggest try using another browser like Google Chrome. If you cannot switch we would recommend to make sure you have the latest build of Firefox.

If you must use Firefox we would also suggest to run it as an administrator.   If the issue is not resolved feel free to contact us at support@cloudnine.com.
