CloudNine Review: Can you select which fields are displayed in Table View and the order of the fields?
Customizing the Table View using the Table Sort Settings Window
In Table View, you can customize the fields displayed and the order in which they appear using the Table Sort Settings window.
Table Sort Settings
In your CloudNine Review project, with Table View active, select Tools - Views - Sort to open the Table Sort Settings window.
- Field List: Lists the fields available in CloudNine Review. Checked fields appear in Table View, in the order listed.
- Check All: Selects all fields in the field list.
- Uncheck All: Deselects all fields, clearing the field list.
- Scroll bar: Scroll up or down the field list, selecting/deselecting fields to appear in Table View.
- Drag and Drop Field Order: Drag and drop to rearrange the order of how fields display in Table View.
- Move to Top: The Up arrow at the far right of the field column will move the field to the top of the field list. This will be the first field column displayed in Table View.
- Save: Saves the selected fields and field order to display in Table View. You must click Save to commit the changes.
- Close: Selected, the Table Sort Settings window closes.
