C9 BULK REDACTION FIELD
The C9 Bulk Redaction is a multi-select system field that appears after the initial Bulk Redaction process is complete. The field contains a list of Bulk Redactions applied to the document. The table below lists the bulk redaction field values that a document record may contain.

There are eight field values that may be applied to the document record when an error or warning is present. These are bolded in the table and described below.
- No Text Detected: The document is selected for bulk redaction, but no text was found.
- Text Size Limit Exceeded: If the document text exceeds 300 KB, the document record is tagged, and bulk redaction is not performed.
- No PII Detected: The document was selected for bulk redaction; however, the PII entity types selected for redaction were not found in the document record.
- PII Redaction Error: An error was encountered during bulk redaction of PII entities.
- PII Entities Excluded: The document record contains an entity item, but was excluded from the PII redaction process.
- Search Term Hit: The document contains search term hits that were redacted during bulk redaction.
- No Search Hit Detected: The document was included in the bulk redaction process, but no search term hits were found.
- Search Hit Redaction Error: Document contains a search hit but errored during the bulk redaction process.
Audit Log Event Report
Bulk Redaction is a logged event in CloudNine Review and is available in the Audit Log Event Report. Select Tools - Reports - Audit log event report. The Audit Log Report window opens. The Audit Log Report is customizable by Users, Start and End Date, and Search Filters. The Bulk Redaction Request is used to create an audit log for bulk redactions.
On the Audit Log Report, in the Search Filters list, locate and select Bulk Redaction Request, then click View Log.

The Audit Log Report lists all bulk redaction requests run by the selected users and within the specified date range. If Bulk Redaction is run on a Current document, then the Document ID column is populated by the CloudNine Review ID. If bulk redaction is run on search results, the number of document records is listed in the Description column.
