What resources are available when I need help?

CloudNine Review® is a powerful, easy-to-use online platform capable of hosting your discovery data, regardless of size and complexity. It provides a variety of features to enhance efficiency and streamline the loading, searching, reviewing, and production of data. CloudNine Review's advanced technology and user-friendly interface offer the most effective way to review traditional and modern data within a single platform.

The Training & Support menu in CloudNine Review can be used to access the knowledge base (FAQ) and Contact Support. 

TrainingSupport

  • FAQ: Launches CloudNine Review Knowledge Base containing the most up-to-date articles and information about features, functionality, and workflows.
  • The CloudNine Review Video Library page in the knowledge base provides many videos demonstrating how a feature is used. 
  • Contact Support: Launches the Issue Reporting screen. Fill in the fields on the form completely, then click Submit. Your issue and critical system information have been reported to our entire support team for immediate investigation, making this the preferred method of contact.
  • Call our Technical Support Help Desk at 713-462-6464. It’s available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time (CT).
  • Contact CloudNine at 713-462-6464 to receive an online training session. The basic training course is around two hours and can help set you up for success.
